The connection is produced by SIAE Microelettonica, which has more than 60 years experience with the development and production of radio modems and microwave technologies. Thanks to the annual production of more than 100,000 terminals , the Italian company with its registered office and production plant in Milan ranks fourth worldwide, in the EU it is even the second largest manufacturer. The largest customers are telecommunications operators Vodafone and telephone, no less important part is customers from the ISP segment and system integrators.

Alfoplushdx is a microwave joint of Full Outdoor concept operating in the free 80 GHz to 10 Gbit/S Full Duplex . Alfoplushdx is the successor of the proven Alfoplushd joint. The new version brings higher capacity and 10GE (SFP+) data interface. With advanced Ethernet functions and complete synchronization management , AlfoplushDX is one of the most modern and fastest IP units in the world .

The ALFOPLUSHDX connection is a compact full outdoor solution that ensures fast and easy installation, easy deployment and low energy consumption. All these features are directly reflected in the lower costs of implementing this system and its other operation.

The joint is designed as an ideal alternative and complementing optical networks.
