Complaints & RMA

Before sending or delivering goods to any of our affiliates for a claim, please enter the claim into our system through the e-shop you are currently on. The complaint procedure can be found here in point IX.
 


1. Login to the e-shop

Log in to our e-shop. If you cannot or do not want to log in to the e-shop, please fill in this Complaint form and go straight to step 5.
 

2. New claim

You can create a claim in the user profile in the left menu under "Create New Claim" or from the top bar using the "My WifiShop - Create New Claim" menu.
 

 

3. Find the claimed product

Enter the delivery note, invoice, or serial number of the product to be claimed in the input fields and click "Search". For the product you want to complain about and select the reason for the complaint in the right part. If the product is no longer under warranty, you will see it under the "Warranties" the expiration date of the warranty.
 

 

4. Create a complaint

When creating a complaint, fill in all input fields carefully, especially the exact description of the defect , accessories, delivery address and Click the & quot; Confirm & quot; button. In case you have more goods to complain about, repeat steps 2-4 for each piece.

 

5. Submit a complaint

Pack the claimed goods sufficiently so that there is no further damage during transport, mark the box with "RMA" and send to:
