GigaBeam WiFiber G1.25 is a complete PtP connection for the 70/80 GHz license-free band offering full-duplex data transfer with fully usable data rate of 1 Gbps and   transfer capacity of 1.25 Gbps !! G1.25 has a well-equipped interface, optical interface (SM or MM) and Ethernet interface for management and SNMP monitoring, power supply 48 V power supply. Other important attributes include Adaptive Transmitter Power Control (ATPC), Reed-Solomon Forward Error Correction (FEC) and already mentioned full duplex FDD transmission at 2x 1.25 GHz channel width.

The G1.25 version is designed only for outdoor ODUs. Each side of the joint therefore comprises the outdoor radio unit with integrated parabolic antenna with a diameter of 60 cm with a radome, outside the switchboard, and two redundant power supplies.

The connection complies with the general authorization VO-R/23/04.2008-4 and allows the implementation of high-speed connections without limitation of distance (given by the CTO controller).
