Information obligation on out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes.
The company VanCo.cz s.r.o., in accordance with the §14 paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Law, informs its customers that as consumers they can turn to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (website of the Czech Trade Inspection Authority: www.coi.cz) as a competent entity for out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes.
